Zarren Law Group (ZLG) Continues its Growth by Adding Katelynn Brennan

BALTIMORE, MD - Zarren Law Group, LLC (ZLG) announced today that Katelynn Brennan has joined its team.
Katie is a business attorney whose practice areas include mergers and acquisitions, technology transfer and software licensing, trademark and intellectual property, corporate and business matters, employment, real estate, and other transactional matters.
Managing Partner Adam Zarren said, “We are very excited to add Katie to TeamZLG. Katie’s prior experience at Harvard Law School’s clinic and the US Securities and Exchange Commission combined with her former career as a litigator brings a unique perspective to ZLG and its clients.”
As a law student, Katie served as a Legal Intern on the Project on Predatory Student Lending at Harvard Law School’s Legal Services Center and as an Honors Intern with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in the Division of Enforcement.
Katie was also named an American Bar Association Business Law Section Annual Meeting Law Student Scholar and a Relativity Fest E-Discovery Conference Academic Scholar.
Katie received her Juris Doctor from the Michigan State University College of Law, where she graduated cum laude and served as Finance Director for the MSU Law Student Bar Association. She obtained her Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University.
