Richard is a corporate and transactions attorney with experience advising clients in Adtech, data analytics, Fintech, financial services, information technology (IT), life sciences, manufacturing, outsourcing and professional services. Richard’s background includes structuring and negotiating complex IT and commercial agreements ranging from data, data analytics, IT infrastructure, outsourcing, product distribution, SaaS, to telecom agreements. He is well versed in data privacy matters (CIPP\US certified) including European (GDPR) and domestic (GLBA and CCPA) regulations as well debt collection practices (TCPA, FCRA, and FDCPA) issues associated with financial services, e-commerce and technology firms.  Throughout his career he has provided commercial and legal support to marketing teams, procurement, and sales teams in negotiating and closing deals. He is expert in all types of IT (SaaS, cloud, development, distribution, data and software licensing) transactions.  privacy rights, regulatory compliance. Richard began his career as a civil and criminal litigator and applies these experiences to prevent, minimize and control liability exposure.  

Richard Resides in Stamford Connecticut. His volunteer work focuses on development and sustainability matters including serving on the City of Stamford’s Zoning and Environmental Protection Boards.
